Forest Bathing

Increase Your Senses and Immunity
Experience the benefits of forest bathing in PDX
Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, is a passion of Dusty, owner and founder of Tillis Tree Care. Nature therapy, also known as forest therapy and forest bathing, is a practice that combines a range of predefined, guided exercises and tasks in an outdoor environment, typically in a forested area.
This practice of immersing yourself into the forest and allowing nature to enter your body both spiritually and quite literally as the surrounding plant life emits natural chemicals that help increase our senses and immunity while lowering hypertension to an extent that exceeds many prescriptions. Dusty offers Forest Bathing/Shinrin-Yoku every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at various forested parks in and around Portland.
